The Content Specialist position at WHOOP holds a pivotal role within our Membership Services team, where you'll be instrumental in advancing operational efficiency and productivity. Your core responsibilities span the entire spectrum of content creation and management, encompassing tailored content and communications designed to meet the distinct needs of our members and support agents. This multifaceted role involves consultation with subject matter experts, development and maintenance of the Knowledge Base, crafting strategic communication plans, and continuous content quality enhancement. Furthermore, as a Content Specialist, you'll assume ownership of multiple projects, forging robust relationships with key stakeholders to ensure content alignment with our business objectives.
