The Content Specialist position at WHOOP holds a pivotal role within our Membership Services team, where you'll be instrumental in advancing operational efficiency and productivity. Your core responsibilities span the entire spectrum of content creation and management, encompassing tailored content and communications designed to meet the distinct needs of our members and support agents. This multifaceted role involves consultation with subject matter experts, development and maintenance of the Knowledge Base, crafting strategic communication plans, and continuous content quality enhancement. Furthermore, as a Content Specialist, you'll assume ownership of multiple projects, forging robust relationships with key stakeholders to ensure content alignment with our business objectives. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Consultation: Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to fully grasp their requests and discern both internal and external content requirements.
• Knowledge Base (KB): Develop, update, and maintain our Knowledge Base by creating new articles and scripts that provide members and agents with clear, accurate, and helpful information.
• Communication Planning: Design effective communication plans and manage the scheduling and facilitation of communications to ensure that our members receive timely and relevant messages that cater to their specific needs.
• Content Enhancement: Revise and enhance content based on style and quality feedback, continuously striving to elevate the quality of our communications.
• Project Analysis: Carefully analyze materials when completing projects and proactively offer solutions and innovative ideas for improvements.
• Active Participation: Engage wholeheartedly in team meetings, assigned tasks, and projects, staying vigilant and well-informed in Slack channels and meetings to identify important updates and synthesize new knowledge.
• Ownership and Relationship Building: Assume ownership of multiple projects and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the success and alignment of content with business objectives.
