We are looking for an experienced Manager of Membership Experience to join our Ticket Sales & Service department. The Manager of Membership Experience is responsible for collaborating in the oversight of the Membership Experience team. This individual will be responsible for five (5) or six (6) direct reports working closely with a second Manager of Membership Experience overseeing the remaining five (5) or six (6) of the eleven (11) total team members. This individual will manage each direct report to ensure they provide best-in-class customer service to all members to enhance renewal rates and grow revenue, year over year. The Manager, Membership Experience will be responsible for collaborating to drive new business initiatives through cross-selling into the membership base and market by providing consistent training on the sales process. This individual will collaborate to recruit, hire, and train and develop ticket sales and service team members.
