We are actively seeking a seasoned NetSuite Project Manager to join our team, playing a pivotal role in managing a diverse portfolio of NetSuite customization projects and new business process implementations. The ideal candidate will excel in overseeing end-to-end project management, maintaining a delicate balance between strategic initiatives and daily NetSuite operations. This role involves managing the roadmap of planned NetSuite work, grooming tasks, and scheduling incremental work to ensure a seamless integration of enhancements, all within an Agile and Kanban methodology framework. Emphasis will be placed on delivery management, including capacity planning and prioritization of work in progress.

What you’ll do: 

  • Oversee a comprehensive portfolio of NetSuite customization projects and new business process implementations
  • Develop and manage the roadmap for planned NetSuite work, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives
  • Prioritize projects based on strategic impact, resource availability, and scheduled incremental work
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring successful execution within established timelines
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies using Agile and Kanban principles
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project alignment with business needs
  • ​​Groom tasks and schedule incremental NetSuite work to enhance system capabilities, following Agile and Kanban principles
  • Conduct capacity planning to ensure resources are optimally utilized
  • Prioritize work in progress, balancing strategic initiatives with operational needs
  • Implement effective delivery management practices to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Collaborate with NetSuite team and operational teams to troubleshoot issues, groom and identify tickets as bugs or enhancements, and manage the delivery of the issue resolution 
  • Serve as the NetSuite team point of contact for strategic and support projects

Nice to Have:

  • NetSuite SuiteFoundation or other NetSuite certification
  • iPaaS (Workato preferred) experience or certification
  • Knowledge of US GAAP accounting standard and experience with software compliance frameworks
  • PMI, Agile or other project management certification

Location: Eastern or Central time zones.  

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years NetSuite Platform experience
  • Experience working in an Agile methodology and task management system
  • Jira software development experience
  • Proven experience as a NetSuite Product or Project Manager with a strong background in project management
  • Understanding of NetSuite core business processes best practices (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, etc.) and basic accounting principles
  • In-depth knowledge of NetSuite modules, features, and configurations
  • Experience managing systems integration (iPaaS, API, or direct point-to-point) projects
  • Attention to detail, strong analytical mindset, and excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, solve problems quickly, take initiative, and work independently
  • Ability to work across global operation time zones

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates’ pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

Region 1 $126,000 - $140,000

Region 2 $119,700 - $133,000

Region 3 $113,400 - $126,000
