JOB SUMMARY: The Strategy Manager will sit in the Strategy & Business Intelligence organization, helping build new strategic insights and processes. You will work closely with our Business Intelligence team to help create/support the organization’s strategic deliverables and processes. You will work with the executive team to develop key reports related to organizational performance and focus on high priority/visibility projects with real-world and real-team impact. You’ll also work with the Partnership team to transform our data into actionable insights and storytelling that will unlock the full value of our partnerships. Last, as a Strategy Manager, you will have the opportunity to help define fan engagement initiatives and develop cross-functional collaborations that directly generate revenue.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Planning
- Manage annual business planning and reporting process, working cross-functionally to draft and execute report.
- Working directly with Broncos senior staff to assess quarterly business performance and prepare QBR, to be presented out to Broncos senior staff & shared with ownership.
- Partnering with the President, senior staff, and football ops to prepare Town Hall update and manage presentation/presentation logistics for all Broncos employees.
- Supporting Strategy department as needed for any high priority projects that may arise.
Special Projects
Recommend opportunities to enhance fan experience and assist in high visibility business-driving projects by:
- Lead business casing of new concepts, especially as it relates to fan experience, creating proposals/operating models for high visibility projects such as (but not limited to): waitlist management. E-sports, STM experiences
- Supporting department as needed for any high priority projects that may arise.
Partnership Strategy
- Participate in sales pitch meetings and provide POV on data/insights and overall storytelling
- Work directly with Business Intelligence team to identify key Broncos’ fan business trends/insights through data
- Drive pitch deck development from end to end, working with the Partnership Team to create high-quality presentations that clearly communicate the Broncos brand value and data-led insights.
- Review current go-to-market strategy and look for opportunities to enhance the sales process
- Conduct research and create summary reports that identify and value new trends and assets for the Partnership team to offer
- Identify cross-functional collaborations to create a more holistic sales approach (marketing, football ops, etc)
- Create system to evaluate ROI and health of Partnerships, regularly evaluating and reporting to leadership as needed.
Retail Strategy
- Evaluates historical retail and F&B performance to identify areas of opportunity to drive sales and fan experience
- Supports development of retail and F&B strategy with e-commerce and in-stadium vendors, including assortment, pricing and promotions
- Support reporting and insight development of Retail and Food & Beverage performance in partnership with Vendors and Business Intelligence team
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

- Completed bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
- Experience at a top-tier consulting firm or recognized sports organization (position/title/years of experience)
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, primarily PowerPoint and Excel
PREFERRED SKILLS AND ABILITY
- Produce high-quality slide decks, financial models, and analytical memos with minimal guidance or supervision
- Experience working with tableau and SQL preferred but not required
- Experience in consulting, strategy, sports, or operations
- Ability to partner with and communicate effectively with executives
- Proven track record of collaborating cross-functionally to execute initiatives
