The Vice President is responsible for ensuring consistency and strength of the Foot Locker and Kids Foot Locker identity, and branding across all channels. This role will deliver ideas and experiences that constantly attracts, inspires and engages the target customer and is responsible for ensuring that that our Foot Locker and Kids Foot Locker brand narrative is consistent, compelling and fresh. This role will partner across many functions of marketing and merchandising to ensure campaigns and communications support and align with customer, marketing and merchandising strategies.

The annual base salary range is $200k-$250k, this range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short and long term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
