The Employee Experience Coordinator with the Los Angeles Rams will provide administrative support to the Employee Experience Team in a variety of assigned responsibilities, tasks, and projects. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong attention to detail, and have an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while providing excellent customer service to all whom they interact with.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide general project support to entire employee experience team, including the management of the department’s monthly expenses, general employee file maintenance, and progress updates for all employee experience projects.
- Assist with employee onboarding, including but not limited to, HRIS (UltiPro)/Payroll processing, new hire welcome packages, and scheduling and facilitation of new hire orientation.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding process for all seasonal roles across LA Rams departments
- Coordinate and schedule all full-time candidate interviews for multiple departments
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process for entry level positions, including but not limited to sourcing, screening, and managing the communication with all viable candidates.
- Partner with employee experience team to gather, synthesize, and provide insight to a variety of employee data reports (i.e., NFL reports, EEO-1, etc.)
- Manage relationship with local colleges including outreach, in-person information sessions and posting Rams roles on university job board postings
- Coordinate offboarding for full-time employees at the LA Rams
- Partner with external vendors to provide resources for all employees at the Rams
- Collaborate with employees/leaders on a day-to-day basis
- Other duties as assigned
Role Qualifications (Skills/Experience/Capabilities):
- 1+ year experience in any area of Human Resources
- Able to work in a professional and confidential manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task with a strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Efficiently work in a fast-paced flexible environment
- Personal transportation to and from the office/offsite events
- Required to physically be in the office three days a week (flexible on days/times)
- May be required to work on weekends and holidays during the football season (Aug. – Feb.)
Salary: $21.63/hr. - $24.04/hr.
