Fanatics Collectibles is looking for an Executive Producer for our growing Marketing & Media team. This candidate will oversee the execution of our strategy across media platforms, ensuring world class creative and execution. This position will be responsible for handling a wide variety of duties, which include, but are not limited to the ones listed below.

Responsibilites

• Effectively manage and mentor a production staff at all levels.
• Serves as lead creative for all internal brand briefs inclusive of brainstorming, script, storyboard creation.
• Lead a team of producers coordinating and approving all writing, directing, graphics, talent, post-production, and delivery of assets across platforms.
• Owns assignment distribution and delivery timelines for all production.
• Attend and guide video shoots to ensure adherence to the creative brief.
• Brief production partners on storyboard, style, and key messages to deliver with video/marketing campaigns.

Experience

• 12+ years’ experience in a mature media market.
• Exceptional creative writing and storytelling skills in Sports and/or Marketing.
• Ability to tell compelling stories through multiple video formats.
• Exceptional understanding of evolving digital platforms and how to best create for them.
• Proven track record as a visionary and Director on-location/field producing, interviewing, and leading capture.
• Strong organizational leadership, budgeting, and project management skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail; proven creative track record required.
• Adept management skills for coordinating and guiding production partners of diverse experience and skill sets.
