The Site Reliability Team is the grease that keeps the software development process for all of DraftKings engineering moving. Your team will develop software to remove manual processes from the development process and reduce the complexity of releasing software in a highly regulated environment. You will deeply engage in the entire Agile development lifecycle from design and implementation to testing and monitoring.
WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A SENIOR MANAGER OF SRE:

Utilize multiple high performing teams of experienced Site Reliability Engineers to deliver solutions that are easily maintainable, understandable, and diagnosable

Leverage your experience mentoring engineers to take an active role in the career and technical development of the team

Communicate and work effectively across multiple business and technical teams

Identify, measure, maintain, and report team capabilities and performance indicators to engineering leadership
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

5+ years of experience building and running high-performance infrastructure engineering or operations teams

3+ years of cloud infrastructure management experience

Deep understanding of Terraform, Kubernetes, Amazon Web Services, and configuration management tools

Expertise analyzing complex application, database, and network issues at scale

Demonstrated experience creatively solving challenges, delivering tools, and creating processes that are valued by other engineering teams

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $176,000.00 - $264,000.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
