The ideal candidate is a self-starter and problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative team environment. Daily tasks of this role include supervising and analyzing campaign critical metrics across digital channels, crafting data visualizations, and presenting insights and findings to channel owners and strategists.

Job Responsibilities
  • In-house “Google Specialist” for Google Analytics, Google My Business, and Google Tag Manager, including technical maintenance/troubleshooting and reporting
  • Expert on UTMs. Manage naming conventions across different departments (Retail, Ticketing, Influencers, Arena, etc.), conduct training, assign campaigns (retail), and build links (ticketing, ad hoc, influencer support, etc.). UTMS should help advise what types of sales drive conversion, allow for comparative analysis of product launches, insights around what channels drive last-minute purchasing (ticketing), and return on investment reporting on influencers.
  • Build dashboards as needed in Google Looker Studio (aka Data Studio)
  • Support channel-specific reporting within the marketing department for retail, ticketing, and arena initiatives (email, app, paid, organic social, heat.com & influencer)
  • Provide technical support for other data visualization/reporting tools including Super-metrics, Triple Whale, Yext, etc…
  • Provide KPIs for recurring meetings (e.g. weekly/monthly retail meetings, weekly 19K, etc…)
  • Incorporate website analytics for TMHS & HEAT.com/Ticketing in monthly reports.
  • Monthly reporting for HEAT.com, TMHS, Ticketing, and Arena
  • Track and establish benchmarks for the performance of retail and ticketing offers based on campaign data generated by UTMs.
  • Conduct deep-dive reports into trends/concerns raised by other teams (e.g. Retail Ecommerce Traffic Report, Top/Worst performing pages on HEAT.com, etc…)
  • Manage social analysis for campaigns/events and present insights back to inform content /Media decisions for organic/campaign/event activities and advise on actions to take from an optimization standpoint.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers, business, industry, and emerging needs/trends in the competitive landscape to improve the customer experience journey
  • Build and support data visualizations, dashboards, and standard methodologies via Google Analytics, Super-metrics, and PowerBI. This includes internal and external team adoption, training, and support of platforms.
  • Supervise and report on KPIs trends. Uncovering data-driven, useful insights and, recommendations to improve paid media effectiveness, efficiency, and return.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for analytics projects with NBA and other business partners
  • Serve as subject matter expert for tracking/analytics on compliance projects with Legal, IT, and other departments (e.g. VPPA, CCPA, FDBR, GDPR)

Qualifications And Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum 3 years of technical Analytics & Insights experience
  • 1-3 years of experience using SQL
  • Deep understanding of tag management systems
  • Knowledge of reporting animation solutions, having crafted and automated at least one set of reporting
  • Ability to present complicated material in a concise and effective way
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good understanding of the Tech and Digital industry
