The CRM Analyst supports all users of the CRM system within the organization. This role is responsible for system maintenance and customizations, identifying leads and developing strategic sales campaigns to increase revenue. This role will also be tasked with business intelligence projects supporting revenue teams, marketing, and additional departments through advanced analysis and building data visualizations and reports.

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Acts as first point of contact for any CRM projects, customizations, troubleshooting, and database updates.
  • Supports day-to-day administration tasks of CRM system including platform integrations, lead distribution, workflows, system customizations, data visualizations and reporting for all teams.
  • Creates and supports compelling sales campaigns to engage our customer base and drive new revenue.
  • Supports lead campaign distribution process across sales, service, and corporate partnership teams.
  • Analyzes campaign performance and delivers insight for how to iteratively improve revenue and engagement.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including marketing, to ensure successful execution of lead nurture, retention, and lifecycle programs.
  • Queries database and builds target audiences to support digital marketing efforts and sales campaigns.
  • Builds and presents high-quality data visualizations, dashboards, presentations, and reports for organization-wide use, including department stakeholders.
  • Supports additional business intelligence and business strategy projects and initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Required Abilities and Skills:

  • Ability to break down and review complex information.
  • Ability to use logic and reasoning to evaluate information to determine how it should be best interpreted.
  • Able to communicate confidently and competently to all types of audiences within a variety of delivery methods.
  • Creative and innovative; the ability to see alternatives and solutions.
  • Ability to initiate, design, plan, execute, monitor and evaluate outcomes of a project or initiative.
  • Ability to achieve planned objectives through completing relevant tasks and focus.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively, while balancing and prioritizing multiple or competing tasks.

 

Education and Experience:

  • At least 3-5 years' relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Experience using Tableau and SQL is a plus.
  • Experience with Ticketmaster/Archtics a plus.
  • Experience with KORE Software is a plus
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using Google Suite.

This position requires the ability to work extended hours, holidays, and weekends.

 

Travel:

5% of local travel time and 1% of intra and interstate travel requiring overnight stay are expected for this position.

 

Compensation: 

$80-85K DOE
