The PFL is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Social Media Strategy and Audience Growth to develop and implement effective social media strategies and tactics to increase audience engagement and growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the latest social media trends and platforms, as well as a proven track record of successfully building and scaling social media programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies and tactics that increase audience engagement and growth across all social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok
  • * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and analysts, to ensure a cohesive and effective social media presence
  • * Conduct regular analyses of social media metrics and audience insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize performance
  • * Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and algorithm updates, and use that knowledge to develop and execute innovative strategies that keep our brand at the forefront of our audience's minds
  • * Manage social media performance campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking
  • * Monitor social media conversations and engage with our audience in a timely and meaningful way
  • * Build and maintain relationships with social media influencers and other industry partners to expand our reach and increase brand awareness
  • Qualifications:
  • * Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • * 7+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing effective social media strategies that drive audience growth and engagement
  • * Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective strengths and weaknesses
  • * Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools
  • * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • * Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a team of social media professionals
