Summary:

The Information Security Manager Position monitors and maintains our organization's key information security controls. Their responsibilities include working with the VP/CTO to regularly update the security policies, procedures, and technology to keep up with industry best practices and regulatory requirements, including PCI, HIPAA, and NIST. This person will also investigate alerts and indicators of attack or suspicious activity and find and mitigate security risks before any breaches occur.

This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.

Responsibilities:

Enterprise Systems and Operations

• Monitor and analyze emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and exploits.
• Detect and respond to agency-wide security incidents, coordinating cross-functional teams to mitigate and eradicate threats.
• Design computer security strategy and engineer comprehensive cybersecurity architecture.
• Implement and Manage NFL Cyber Security Controls
• Maintain the enterprise’s compliance and risk management platform, including management of third-party vendors.
• Maintain the organization’s Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Plan
• Identify, define, and document system security requirements and recommend solutions
• Manage, execute, and track the performance of security measures to protect information and network infrastructure and Computer systems.
• Manage CrowdStrike, Varonis, Appgate DTP and ManageEngine Solution
• Monitor security updates and patching processes to ensure functionality and completeness
• Provide reports to VP/CTO regarding the effectiveness of data security and recommend adopting new procedures and tools.
• Interface with internal and external auditors for risk assessments
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without missing deadlines or dropping assignments
• Review and assess on-premise and cloud technology solutions (network, infrastructure, applications, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and high commitment to quality
• Coordinate and oversee the end-user cyber security awareness training and compliance program
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in information technology with at least 5+ years of experience in network operations, server support, and Information Security
• Experience with Windows Server and Client environments
• Familiarity and knowledge of common security frameworks (e.g. PCI, NIST, and HIPAA)
• Passionate about cybersecurity, risk, and compliance to make companies more secure and healthy in protecting their data
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without missing deadlines or dropping assignments
• Knowledge of information security principles, concepts, practices
