SENIOR DESIGNER

The Drone Racing League (DRL) is the global, professional drone racing property. Merging the digital with the real, DRL combines innovative technology, custom content and thrilling live sporting and esports events that broadcast and live stream on premier international sports networks including NBC and Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Facebook and Instagram.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Designer to join our dynamic and innovative team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in web design, branding, building season campaigns and designing for events. Experience in motion graphics, and 3D is a plus.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and implement visually compelling campaigns for the Drone Racing League, including branding and marketing materials for events and digital channels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that elevate the brand and enhance the fan experience
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital and print materials
• Create engaging content for social media, including motion graphics
• Stay current with design trends and technologies, and incorporate them into creative solutions
• Design conceptual visuals in support of new business

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in branding and event design, as well as some web design experience
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong portfolio that showcases a range of design skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
• Experience in sports and technology
• Experience with motion graphics and 3D software (such as After Effects and Cinema 4D) is a plus

The salary range for this role is $65,000 to $80,000.
