Position Summary

The individual in this role will be responsible for coordinating multi-platform advertising and research initiatives designed to drive insights, audience growth, engagement and innovation across key platforms.

 

Reporting Relationships

Reports to the Senior Marketing Manager to ensure effective planning, execution and tracking marketing and research campaigns.

Position Responsibilities

  • Lead email marketing schedule and planning for organizational and departmental campaigns
  • Assist in reporting and budget tracking for all media placement and production expenses
  • Provide support to compile a tracking and performance reporting on all marketing efforts
  • Lead all grassroots marketing efforts
  • Ensure all marketing plans are updated and managed in the departmental advertising planning software
  • Support touring show promoters on advertising plans, budgets, on-sale communications
  • Track and analyze all campaign results through creating detailed sales and engagement reports
  • Act as project manager for brand initiatives through assisting with inputting creative briefs, scheduling cross-departmental kickoff calls, ensure proper approvals, download & traffic files
  • Assist in negotiating media placement with media representatives and place insertion orders for all advertising vendors – i.e TV, radio, newspaper, magazine, outdoor, online
  • Utilize digital platforms, including Google Ads, YouTube, and Mediatool (amongst others) to organize and maximize ad campaigns
  • Utilize the SalesForce CRM program to maximize marketing database opportunities in advertising campaigns
  • Facilitate the execution of contracts and trade-partnerships for all affiliates
  • Assist with gameday and fan engagement events as assigned

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of marketing experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree (in marketing or communications preferred)
  • This position currently is subject to a COVID-19 vaccination and booster requirement, subject to applicable law.
  • Preferred 1-3 years hands-on-experience using SalesForce and Google Ads
  • Ability to lead projects and work closely with cross functional teams.
  • Detail oriented, customer service focused
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Required computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
