Summary:

The Business Systems Analyst will be a key member of an agile and highly productive team working on development and support of a portfolio of custom business applications and solutions. This role will support the Software Development and Business Applications team and work with business stakeholders to understand and document business and system requirements and processes on the Dynamics 365 platform. The ideal candidate is passionate about software, has a keen eye for detail, an adaptable learning mindset, and can work as part of a team and independently.

Location:

• This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for facilitating the process to collect, define and document Dynamics 365 system requirements
• Conduct stakeholder working sessions to gather and document requirements.
• Track and document changes to functional and business requirements.
• Design, document and produce high-quality business process diagrams, operating platform models, deployment diagrams and activity diagrams
• Document user and system requirements in the form for User Stories.
• Lead stakeholder application demos.
• Communicate effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences.
• Provide advice and recommendations on process best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience working with or on Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects
• BA/BS or minimum 4 years of related work experience in business analysis, requirements documentation and process design.
• Ability to work independently on a complex task with little direction, supervision, and management oversight.
• Able to understand the day-to-day operational needs of users and identify areas for improvement in business processes and propose solutions.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with software testing and quality assurance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with software and tools such as: Adobe Sign, Azure DevOps, Twilio, Visio (Microsoft), and XrmToolBox is highly desired.
