The LA Clippers are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Coordinator to join our dynamic Technology team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing various technology projects, maintaining asset inventories, ensuring effective end-user communications, and providing essential support managing technology requests. What You Will Do

Project Management:

  • Coordinate IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements, define objectives, and establish project timelines.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.

Change Management:

  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to keep end users advised about IT initiatives, changes, and system updates.
  • Deliver training sessions or documentation to enhance end-user understanding of IT tools and systems.
  • Act as a liaison between IT and end users to gather feedback, address concerns, and improve overall user experience.

Incident/Request Management:

  • Assist in the triaging of incoming technology support requests, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Prioritize and escalate critical issues, collaborating with technical team members to ensure swift resolution.
  • Analyze IT support trends to identify areas for improvement and implement proactive solutions.

Documentation Management:

  • Collaborate with relevant team members to create and update IT documentation, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Regularly review and revise documentation to reflect changes in technology, processes, and configurations.
  • Implement and maintain version control for IT documentation to ensure users access the most up-to-date information.
  • Establish a systematic organization for the IT documentation library, making it easy for users to locate relevant information.

Asset Management:

  • Contribute to the overall support of effective asset management practices.
  • Assist in the maintenance of a comprehensive inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.
  • Track asset lifecycle, conduct regular audits, and recommend upgrades or replacements as needed.

Intranet Support:

  • Support the content management of the organization's Intranet by working closely with content owners to ensure information accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather and publish relevant content on the Intranet.
  • Implement and enforce content management policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and adherence to branding guidelines.

Your Background, Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in project management, preferably in an IT environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with end users and customers.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with ITIL best practices and help desk support procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in SharePoint administration a plus.
  • PMP certification a plus.

Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $24/hr - $28/hr.
