Job Summary:The Sacramento Kings strive to improve and evolve every aspect of the way sports teams do business, and data-driven decision-making serves as the engine behind much of the team’s innovation. The CRM Administrator will harness the power of data to ensure efficient and effective sales, service, and marketing processes across the Sacramento Kings, Stockton Kings, and Sacramento River Cats.

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Directly execute day-to-day CRM operations, create, and manage sales campaigns, and build reports/dashboards to monitor campaign performance.
• Work with the rest of the Business Intelligence team, as well with Ticket Sales and Corporate Partnerships, on defining CRM strategy and best practices.
• Work with Ticket Sales management on implementation and maximization of third-party sales technology.
• Work with representatives from Ticket Sales and Corporate Partnerships to provide user support and troubleshoot potential issues within the CRM platform.
• Identify data discrepancies by reviewing CRM and other sources of customer data for incomplete or incorrect data. Merge CRM duplicates and perform bulk importing of data sets as necessary.
• Conduct onboarding and continued training sessions with CRM end-users.
• Support the Email Automation Specialist in the building and sending of emails from the Kings Team Store business unit.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required. Major in business, computer science, statistics, mathematics, physics, engineering, or another quantitative field preferred.
• Strong familiarity with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau and SQL preferred.
• Strong communication, prioritization, and organization skills.
• Demonstrated ability as a creative, effective problem-solver.
• Capable of working extended hours such as nights, weekends, overtime, and on-call as needed.
• Candidate should be a self-starter, independent, creative thinker, ambitious, and results-oriented.

Compensation:

The expected annual base salary for this full-time role is $45,000 - $50,000. Final offers for this role will be made within the parameters of the salary range provided. Years of experience, skills, and other factors are considered when determining the salary offered. Total compensation & offer package will include the following:
