Who You Are
- Familiarity with USTA programs, organizational structure and allied organizations, preferred
- Familiarity with implementing physical education and/or community tennis programs at a local and/or Section level, preferred
- High School Tennis experience preferred
- Ability to network effectively with USTA section/district staff, CTA leaders, parks and recreation agencies, youth organizations, tennis teaching professionals and other youth program providers
- Experience with web based applications including data management and social media
- Advanced proficiency with Google Suites (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Proficiency with web based forms (Adobe Forms) and survey programs
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability in analysis, planning, and coordination of program promotions
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed
- Ability to appreciate and optimize volunteer heritage and resources and apply professional experience within a not for profit organization
- This position is designated as "hybrid/flex" and may allow for both remote and on-site work. Any such position must meet the current USTA hybrid/flex requirements as updated from time to time.

The expected range for the base salary for this position is 40,000 - 46,000. This role is eligible for overtime. This range does not include any additional pay or benefits for which a person may qualify. The actual base salary offered is determined by several variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, the years of relevant experience, their unique skills, and the location from which they will be performing the job.
