We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator with the Digital Services Department. This position devises, designs, develops, deploys, and reports on organic brand and partner communications through email marketing, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging. With support and mentorship from the Manager, Lifecycle Marketing, this role will develop communications campaigns, design customer journeys and coordinate delivery with Integrated Marketing team members to ensure campaign success. This role will also contribute to inbound campaign briefs, maintain campaign calendars, and evaluate performance dashboards.

What Will You Do:

  • Leverage our email marketing automation platform, Airship, to craft, develop and launch email and mobile campaigns.
  • Build appealing, adaptable email and mobile campaigns that optimally communicate the intended message to key audiences.
  • Conduct detailed email and mobile campaign and automation testing from various standpoints including subject lines, design, content, copy, audience, and more.
  • Apply dynamic content and personalization tactics to customize email campaigns using customer profile fields and attributes.
  • Maintain sophisticated messaging calendars, journey maps and documentation to provide a centralized view and ensure accuracy as plans evolve.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and analysis to share with key collaborators in report and presentation formats, supporting our goals to drive continuous improvement in our lifecycle marketing program.
  • Lead a database of marketing contacts, assuring each contact is delivered timely, appropriate, and relevant content.
  • Responsible for list health, hygiene, and digital marketing best practices, including unsubscribe and CAN-SPAM compliance and accessibility measures.
  • Develop and maintain lifecycle automations, guiding the consumer through a journey from brand discovery onward through conversion.
  • Continually adjust and optimize journeys to deliver relevant content to outstanding customer segments.

What We Need From Our Coordinator:

  • 1+ yr. experience using developing and launching emails from an enterprise ESP.
  • Comfortable driving all parts of the email development process, from concept, to design, development, testing and deployment.
  • Familiarity with full scale Customer Engagement platforms, including mobile, SMS, and Push, i.e., Airship, Braze, Adobe Experience Manager, Twilio, etc.
  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools.
  • Experience with CDP and/or CRM platforms, i.e., Segment, BlueConic, Salesforce, MS Dynamics 360, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and/or CSS preferred.
  • Committed to ensuring an exceptional customer experience for internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Excellent organizational, time management and written/oral communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and intellectually curious, driven by a desire for continuous improvement.

  • Focus on solving issues through teamwork and collaboration.
Experience/ Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
