Summary:
The Coordinator of Entertainment is responsible for implementing Miami Dolphins Entertainment strategy through hands-on activation, and coordination with internal departments and external vendors. This position is also to facilitate support of all organizational Entertainment Teams.

The Coordinator of Entertainment is responsible for implementing Miami Dolphins Entertainment strategy through hands-on activation, and coordination with internal departments and external vendors. This position is also to facilitate support of all organizational Entertainment Teams.
Location:
- This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.
Responsibilities:
- Plan Entertainment presentations for major Dolphins initiatives and other events at Hard Rock Stadium, including but not limited to Miami Open and the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix
- Strategize Entertainment plans in alignment with organizational priorities
- Work with external vendors to accomplish organizational goals & execution on event days
- Think strategically in order to enhance entertainment planning across the organization
- Manage budget strategy for assigned events to ensure fiscal responsibility
- Support the day-to-day operations of all Miami Dolphins entertainment teams
- Support entertainment teams’ audition process and rehearsal schedules
- Oversee internal and external appearance requests (booking, confirming, invoicing, hours & payroll)
- Ability to work all assigned events, including Miami Dolphins Home games, Miami Open Tennis Tournament, the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, and Hard Rock Stadium events
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree
- Excellent interpersonal, managerial and organizational skills, and the ability to interact with departments across the Miami Dolphins organization
- Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, high pressure environment
- Detail oriented with strong follow-up skills
- Able to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to work nights, long hours, weekends and holidays
- Must always demonstrate a positive and professional attitude with a team-first mentality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
