POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Director, Global Partnerships position is responsible for driving significant revenue to Fenway Sports Group via its 3rd party sales business, with a primary focus on the LPGA. This individual will work within a group that is charged with identifying new partnerships across the FSM portfolio of properties. The FSM Partnership Sales team is looking for an individual to drive results and create new and meaningful relationships in order to broaden the FSM portfolio. The role will be based in FSM’s New York office and will work within FSM’s Global Partnerships team. The individual and team will be a part of the broader FSM partnership sales group across Boston, Charlotte, Pittsburgh, and New York and will work collaboratively across teams.
New York City’s Pay Transparency laws requires disclosure of salary ranges in job advertisements and the base salary is commensurate with experience, ranging from $125,000-$150,000. There is a commission plan to be discussed as well.
