We are seeking a seasoned UX Content Designer to join our team, someone who is adept at weaving complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives. In this role, you will be the architect of the user journey, ensuring that our message is not only consistent but also deeply connected across all touchpoints. Your expertise will help shape the way our users interact with our products, creating a seamless and intuitive experience that aligns with their goals and our mission.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop and refine the content strategy for our conversational AI interfaces, ensuring clarity, coherence, and engaging storytelling.
    • Craft clear, concise, and user-friendly content that simplifies complex concepts, aligning with WHOOP's tone and brand voice across our digital platforms.
    • Analyze the entire user journey, identifying opportunities to connect disparate experiences through cohesive and compelling narratives.
    • Collaborate closely with design, product managers, marketing, and engineers to ensure that the content aligns with design principles and user experience goals.
    • Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors, using insights to inform content strategies and decisions.
    • Drive the creation and maintenance of content guidelines and best practices, ensuring consistency and quality across all user touchpoints.
    • Lead projects and initiatives focused on improving content effectiveness, measuring impact through user engagement metrics and feedback.

QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 5+ years of experience in UX content design, content strategy, or a related field.
    • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in crafting user-centered content across various digital platforms.
    • Proven ability to distill complex ideas into simple, understandable, and engaging content.
    • Experience in shaping user journeys and narratives, connecting different elements of the user experience into a cohesive story.
    • Excellent collaboration skills, with a history of working effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
    • Experience in using quantitative and qualitative insights to drive content decisions.
    • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of language nuances.
    • A passion for fitness and wellness, with the ability to translate this into content that resonates with WHOOP's target audience.
This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
