Summary
In this role, you will manage an individual book of business and introduce our social, digital, experiential, and print (when applicable) advertising products to brands and agencies and collaborate with our product and account service teams to guarantee programs are implemented to maximum long-term client satisfaction.
Among your responsibilities are:
• Introduce our products to brands and agencies through meetings, speaking opportunities and written materials
• Reach and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to overall team goals
• Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with advertising agencies and clients as well as cultivate long- term partnerships
• Develop relationships at all levels from CMO to Brand Managers to Agency Buyers
• Provide feedback to our product and business teams about the needs and successes in the market
• Ensure that our clients receive excellent sales and operational customer service
• Collaborate with our editorial team to introduce sponsorship opportunities around new editorial launches
• Identify and understand trends within social media
• Analyze data and use it to grow the business
• Expected to call on categories non-endemic to sport such as auto, tech, spirits, finance, CPG
Qualifications & Desired Characteristics:
•7 years of relevant, professional experience
•Understanding and awareness of basketball culture
•Proven success driving revenue and account growth
•Deep relationships with client decision makers
•Ability to listen and curate strategic go-to-markets plans
•Experience creating and pitching complex, custom partner programs
•Collaborative, adaptive style that enables effective leadership of people from diverse backgrounds and skill sets.
•Professional development and management of high performing team
•Bachelor’s Degree

Salary Range: $125,000 to $175,000 annual + Commission.
